Alistair Moore
Alistair Moore started his sales career in Trade Publishing. Working in industries as diverse as Electronic Production and Manufacturing Process Control, Alistair was responsible for account managing existing clients, as well as introducing new ones.
After 4 years in the Trade Publishing sector, Alistair moved on to work for the Kent Chamber of Commerce movement; firstly at Maidstone and Mid Kent and latterly for the Ashford Chamber (prior to it becoming Kent Invicta Chamber).
At the Chamber, Alistair balanced his time between the Chamber Magazine, Events Management and Sponsorship as well as Membership Recruitment. Alistair was also able to build a network of Marketing professionals; some of whom he still works with today.
Working with Chamber members enabled Alistair to grasp an understanding of what smaller and medium sized businesses need in terms of support and information.
Via a chamber connection, Alistair moved into a management role at a Private Investigations company that specialised in Pre-Employment Screening. Working closely with the PES Director, Alistair headed up a team of researchers verifying given employment information.
Clients of the company included a number of blue-chip companies within the Pharmaceutical industry and a leading Transatlantic Airline.
After leaving the world of Private Investigations, Alistair was able to utilise his knowledge of sales, particularly telephone sales, research techniques and marketing contacts to establish the Anderson Moore Partnership. Since 2005 he has embraced a variety of projects and, for the last four years, the unique joys of working with his wife.

Rachel Moore
Too impatient to stay in full time education and with the simple goal to “get a job and make some money” Rachel took an apprentice style position at a firm of accounts and tax specialists.
Whilst working in the practice and achieving AAT standards, Rachel started to become more involved in the administration and marketing side of the business. She took up the challenge of Client Relationship Manager and PA to the Managing Director.
After a very happy 10 years at the practice, and with the dream of pursuing a purely marketing role, Rachel set off to join the marketing department of an award winning medical instrument manufacturers. This experience garnered Rachel the confidence needed to join her husband Alistair at The AMP.
Rachel’s accounts and tax background has stood her in good stead to deal with the partnership’s financial responsibilities. At the same time her marketing experience is essential in building campaign schedules for clients - particularly e-marketing campaigns and getting press coverage for clients.
In her spare time Rachel enjoys sewing using vintage patterns and screen printing onto fabrics. Sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for this medium she holds free t-shirt printing workshops for children aged 5-16 years old. Rachel has an allotment where she grows wild flowers (otherwise known as weeds) and the occasional lettuce.

Paragon
Paragon Office was initially set up in July 2005 by Julie Hills and Pam Stockbridge offering business support to SMEs. At the time, although there was a trend towards using Virtual Assistants, they felt there was a need for a combination of virtual and office based support to assist new businesses during their crucial early stages and beyond. Having worked for many years as Personal Assistants at Director level within the private and public sector, they believed they had transferable skill sets and a wealth of expertise to enable them to offer this service and, being a small business themselves, would have an understanding of the needs of business owners.
Over the past seven years they have built a good reputation within the local business community and acquired a number of long term clients, both regular and ad-hoc, spanning a range of industries. Working with these businesses has highlighted that they could offer additional services and they now also provide telemarketing, financial administration and event management assistance.
Paragon Office gives peace of mind to business owners, enabling them to concentrate on building their business whilst having confidence that the all-important support tasks are being dealt with by reliable professionals.
Put simply - delegate to Paragon and get back to business!
